Most any villa in the beautiful Villamare complex is a safe bet and this 2 bedroom and 2-bath, 4th floor villa will not disappoint you. In the typical Villamare style, the entry foyer features 2 inner doors that open to separate sections of the villa.
The A side begins with an open kitchen that is fully equipped, including an alcove with a stack washer/dryer, and defined by a curved dining/serving counter with 2 stools. The counter overlooks the adjacent dining/living room, which features a formal dining area with a table for 6 and a bright livingroom with a sofa and 2 comfortable chairs, a TV/DVD, a large picture window with a view of the landscaped grounds, the lagoon, the complex pool, and the ocean beyond, and a slider door to a corner balcony with the same view plus an outdoor dining table for 4 (think candlelight, wine, and waves).
French doors open from the livingroom to the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a TV/VCR, a slider door to the corner balcony, a garden tub, a vanity and ladies dressing table, and a private water closet with a walk-in shower.
On the B side is a large bedroom with 2 double beds and a TV/VCR, a private bath, and a slider door from the bedroom to a private balcony with a cafe table for 2 and a view of the landscaped grounds and the lagoon.
Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.
Villamare, an oceanfront complex within Palmetto Dunes Resort, features an oceanfront pool and hot tub, an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and of course, the beach! Outdoor pool heated March 15th to April 30th and October 15th to November 30th. There is also a kiddie pool. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
