The open galley-style kitchen makes a striking first impression with its navy and white tiled wall and dining area & breakfast bar with three barstools. The eat-in kitchen features a breakfast table for four, as well as the laundry closet with the washer & dryer.
The formal dining area has a table for six and adjoins the family room. This room will please the whole family with comfortable furnishings, a 40 flat plasma screen TV and VCR/DVD. A full wall of windows overlooking the lagoon and golf course and a sliding glass door to the patio. In addition, off of the patio is a screened porch with a dining table for six, and is equipped with a light/ceiling fan combination for your added comfort.
A convenient half bath is on the main floor, as well as the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed TV/VCR, another sliding glass door to the patio, and a private bath w/walk-in shower and sunken tub.
On the second floor are two more bedrooms, each with a private bath. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV/VCR, sliding glass door to a private balcony overlooking a beautiful lagoon and the golf course. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV/VCR and private balcony.

The Tennismaster villa complex has a onsite pool only steps away from 404 Tennismaster. The pool and surrounding area were renovated and refurbished during the winter of 2006. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
