The family room has plenty of seating and a large flat panel LEDTV. The living space has tiled flooring that has the look of wood flooring. Just off the family room there is a large open deck. Part of the deck is screened off for your enjoyment year round.
The Master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a slider that opens out onto the deck. There is a large master bath with granite counter, shower stall and a tub. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and flat screen LED TV.
Upstairs you will find a second bedroom with a King bed , a twin bed and TV. This space has a private bathroom with bath/shower. Just down the hall is a final bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a day bed There is a TV and private bathroom with bath/shower for your use. Both upstairs bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to a personal balcony.
Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf & tennis. The plantation is bordered by 12 miles of white sandy beaches, and offers miles of bike paths, picturesque lagoons and an abundance of Hilton Head's natural, low-country beauty. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
