The kitchen features granite countertops, new appliances, a laundry alcove, and a dining counter with two barstools. The spacious formal dining area is brightened by a large window and has a table with seating for six. The livingroom is beautifully furnished, has an entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD, features two walls of windows overlooking the ocean, and has a slider door to the outside balcony.
