As you enter the home your eyes are immediately drawn to the gorgeous his and her wooden staircases. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub. There is a large walk in closet also. Just across the hall you will find bedroom two with a queen size bed and a walk in shower.
The family room offers wonderful views of the low country trees. This room provides much space for relaxing after a long day at the beach or on the golf course. Walk out onto the veranda and have a seat and enjoy the peaceful sound of birds chirping.
The dining room has seating for six at its beautiful formal table.
The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and a stove top center island. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen table.
There is also a full laundry room and ½ bath powder room on the first floor.
Climb one of the staircases to the top floor and you will Find a sitting room centrally located between the bedrooms. To the left of the sitting room you will find master number two, with a king bed and full bathroom with all the luxuries, walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom four has a set of twin bunk beds and a private bath that has a tub/shower. Bedroom five has two twin beds and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom six which is a queen size bed.
The pool is private with a fenced in yard.
With 4,300 square feet, there is more than ample room for a delightful family vacation. The gourmet kitchen includes granite counter top, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a breakfast nook with seating for 4. A seperate formal dining room has seating for 6.
Burkes Beach is a tranquil family oriented area with great crabbing and fishing. The community also offers 6 free tennis courts, access to the best park in Hilton Head, and is just a quick walk to the island's widest beach, which is favored by the local surfers and wave board riders.
