Welcome to this luxurious 6 bedroom, 7 bath home. This home is located in one of Hilton Head's newest gated communities, located mid-Island off of Folly Field Road. Loaded with high quality appointments, this home offers beautiful lagoon views from all floors.
Located on the main level, you will find the an exquisite top of the line kitchen, sure to be a chef's delight, featuring high end cabinetry and the highest quality stainless steel appliances. This floor also has a dining area that seats up to 8. To the right of the kitchen is an additonal table that will seat 6.
Curl up in the cozy sofa & enjoy a peaceful afternoon watching your favorite shows in the family area just off the kitchen. The sofa is also a queen sleeper. For those that would prefer to not navigate stairs, there is a well appointed bedroom with queen size bed, separate sitting area, and private bathroom on the main floor.

Across the hall, you will find another bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower.
Continue up the stairs to the third floor where the remaining 2 bedrooms are located. This floor includes the second master suite with a king bed & private bath. The last bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed, plus a private bathroom.
The ground floor is a haven for kids with ping pong, large flat screen TV,blue ray player along with a mini kitchen area to get a quick snack. This area is just steps away from a quick dip in the private pool, sunbathing, or grilling your favorite foods.
The Mid-Island area of Hilton Head, located between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation, offers close proximity to uncrowded Atlantic Ocean beaches, restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment centers.
