This newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is just a short walk to the beach in the legendary Sea Pines Plantation. Just six home rows away, a private beach path leads you to the ocean.
With a Great Room feel, the family living space is highlighted in red hues and brick accents. This beachside home's interior creates a homey ambiance with wood, brick, and warm tones. Recently renovated, the kitchen features new appliances and granite countertops. Other upgrades include remodeling of all bathrooms and the addition of a spacious patio by the large private pool and hot tub (both heated for an additional charge). The downstairs den off the pool features a large screen high definition TV, the perfect spot to catch the game!
There are two master bedrooms upstairs both with king-size beds and private bathrooms. The first is decorate with soft sandy hues bring the beach into the home without the sand, and features a private balcony space. The second is a bit brighter with sunny floral accents and another balcony space. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, each with two twin beds. There's a sleeper sofa in the basement den as well and two additional rollaway beds that can be pulled out when needed.

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer.
