This 3 bedroom, 2.5-bath Queens Grant villa in Palmetto Dunes Resort is so beautifully furnished that you will wish you were packing a moving van, rather than your suitcases, on the day of departure.
The foyer, with its brick tiles, provides access to a convenient powder room, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stacked washer/dryer and a pass-through window to the dining area.
The formal dining area has a table for six and is adjoined by a spacious livingroom with new sofa and loveseat, an entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD, and a slider door to the patio, which features another dining table for six.
Off of the livingroom is a bedroom with two queen beds, a TV, double closets, a slider door to the patio, and a private bath.
On the second floor are two bedrooms with cathedral ceilings and a connecting bath. One room has two twin beds and a TV/DVD and the second has a queen-size bed and TV/DVD.
Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.
The Queens Grant section of the resort has an on-site pool that is open April through September, is a short bike ride to the amenities of Shelter Cove, and is a 10-minute walk from the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
