For the perfect home away from home just steps from the beach stay in this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in the historic Sea Pines Plantation.
Fourth row from the beach, with a large private pool; this home has everything your family needs for some fun in the sun!
The main level of the home (second floor) has plenty of room for the whole family to gather . A large mounted Flat Screen HD TV/DVD/VCR can be watched from the cozy sectional couch. Pull up to a large wood dining table with seating for 8 for a meal. Enjoy an afternoon lounging on the open back deck. If you prefer shade, make use of the front screened in porch with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen opens to the living area and has lots of counter space for all your cooking needs.
Off the main living area is a bedroom with 2 Queen Beds accented in tropical blue and yellow colors (#1). Make use of the Flat Screen TV/DVD and private bathroom with tub/shower/bath. The opposite side of the living area leads to a hall with two bedrooms and newly refinished bath with a tub/shower, new tile, cabinets and granite counters. One bedroom has 2 queen beds (#2) and a large oak dresser with a flat Screen TV/DVD. The next bedroom is Hibiscus and Palm themed (#3) with a Queen and Twin Size beds. This room also has a Flat Screen TV/DVD. All of these bedrooms have been newly decorated and have luxurious wood floors.
The newly expanded and furnished lower level has ceramic tile flooring and can be separate living area. The recreation room opens to the pool in front and to a fenced courtyard in the back. It provides a large space for relaxing and the sofa opens to a queen pullout bed. The new kitchenette has a microwave, large sink, a mini fridge and granite counters. The walk in shower bath is newly refinished with ceramic tile. There are two new bedrooms on this level. One (#4) has 3 Twin Beds, and 1 Full Bed. The second (#5) has 2 Twin Beds as well as a Queen Bed. Both rooms have bright beach themes and Flat Screen TV/DVDs.
Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty that beckons one to return again and again.
